Proactively support end-to-end product copywriting processes such as problem scoping, defining challenges, exploration of copy alternatives, prototyping with the design team, testing, iteration.
Explore and incorporate primary & secondary user data in order to inform the copywriting
Support product research processes with the design & product team
Articulate a variety of product use cases that have implications on how we should approach the copywriting
Support in facilitating workshops with stakeholders in order to generate ideas (especially copy related) based on user insights
What Are The Requirements
Design & Social Science related degree is preferred, but any background are welcome to apply
Any experience level is welcome! (college student, fresh grad, mid-career switch, etc)
Have a basic understanding of human-centered Design
Good critical thinking & systems thinking skill
Good communication & storytelling skills
Deep curiosity in uncovering problems & exploring potential solutions for a variety of people
Evidence of exposure to do end to end product copywriting process
Able to showcase project portfolio / case study
Exposure to product research is highly valued, especially copy testing
