Product Researcher Intern null

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively support research planning process (research objective, research question, contextual information, sampling strategy, research method)
• Perform supporting role in research execution to uncover underserved needs and latent needs of users / potential users
• Provide support on research operations (respondents recruitment & database management, note-taking & documentation, incentive management)
• Involved in the synthesis process using a combination of various data points (qualitative, quantitative, primary, secondary)
• Involved in creating insights documentation & presentation deck that can be accessed by stakeholders, and easy to digest in order to help decision making
• Give support in facilitating workshops with stakeholders (design, product, business, tech) to translate insights into concepts & design decisions

Requirements

• Possess a good understanding of human-centered Design
• Good critical thinking & systems thinking skill
• Good communication & storytelling skills
• Deep curiosity in uncovering insights from a variety of people
• Evidence of exposure to do end to end product research process
• Able to showcase project portfolio/case study
• Have proficiency in using tools such as Figma & miro
• Any experience level is welcome! (college student, fresh grad, mid-career switch, etc)
• Design & Social Science related degree is preferred, but any background are welcome to apply
