Responsibilities

• Provide effective administrative support to ensure the work process in the BD department runs smoothly.
• Assist in business development efforts and provide the first touch to new merchant inquiries.
• Collaborate with functional teams including Operations and Marketing teams to promote merchants on ShopBack
• Support the successful execution and roll-out of business performance improvement plans, such as system adoption, campaign coordination and execution activities, etc.

Requirements

• At least 4th year at an accredited university with a concentration in Business, Economics, Finance, MarComm or equivalent. Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.
• Ability to operate Microsoft Office (Excel & Word) is a must.
• Detail oriented and has strong ownership on process improvements. 
• Strong entrepreneurial spirit and eagerness to join the eCommerce industry.
