• Strong film making skills and an independent desire to create unique content in TikTok
• Creative, confident, good communication skills, and comfortable being on camera
• Knowledgeable of the trends and popular "music " being used throughout TikTok & Reels
• Knowing what type of content works well on TikTok & Reels, and what doesn't
