Our first brand "Somethinc" was founded in 2019, is currently the #1 skincare brand in e-commerce & modern trade with >1M social media followings. Our second brand Glowinc is breaking the boundaries by offering genderless products at affordable prices. Our offline/online commerce Beautyhaul is the core for carrying multiple brands that we have directly to our customers. We are incubating more and more business models in our platform and aim to be a strong regional player in the beauty, within the South Asia region.

Job Description

• Assist the Creative Team to produce an employer branding plan
• Ensure the employer branding content development aligns with the company’s marketing strategy
• Develop employer branding efforts through social media platforms and other channels
• Generate copywriting for diverse employer branding content
• Monitor progress of employer branding using metrics (Hootsuite, Social Media Monitoring Dashboard, etc.)
• Contribute to planning and executing people engagement activities

Requirements

• Fresh graduates or at least 3rd year undergraduates from any majors
• Possess exceptional copywriting skills
• Have a deep interest in employer branding and the tech startup industry
• Creative, fast-learner and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in English
• Experience in creating eye catching designs for social media on Canva (software designing abilities, such as Adobe Illustrator)
• Able to start immediately
