Responsibilities:
- Conducts and monitors corporate legal activities and provides support as well as advice to the company related to legal issues with the intention to protect the importance and existence of the company.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Law with min. 1-year experience
- Min. GPA of 3.00
- Fluent in English both spoken and written
- Have good interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Know well about Regulation of Limited Company, Regulation of Capital Investment and Regulation of Intellectual Property Right
- Proficient in MS Office: MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Placement: JAKARTA
