Job Description
- Provide administration & operational support for all digital products
- Informing the finance & legal team regarding invoice and legal documents. (collaborating closely with cross-functional teams)
- Helping the business team to do marketing administration (such as MRD creation, form submission, etc.)
- Monitoring competitor’s product and promotion.
- Monitoring customer’s complaints and issues related to New Retail digital products on social media.
Requirements
- Preferably a bachelor’s degree in finance or administration and/or has a minimum of 1 year experience in administrative position
- Strong administrative skills and attention to detail
