Job Description
- Manage day to day business partnership, developments, and financial related matters.
- Work closely with Tokopedia's and 3PL partners for day to day business related and explore new initiatives
- Conduct analysis for overall logistics landscape in ecommerce industry
- Conduct competitor analysis
- Define and execute an action plan to achieve growth & expansion for Kurir Rekomendasi
- Handle monthly financial reconciliation and maintain profitability
- Create seller and buyer acquisition and retention plans
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 years experiences in ecommerce, consulting, and/or logistics (other fields might work as well)
- Strong analytical experience and data driven decision-make
- Good with numbers
- Demonstrated ability to communicate at all organizational levels and across all functions. Must be clear and concise
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and great executor
- Willing to conduct site visits to other cities
