Leverage marketing automation and message personalization to establish a more relevant, effective user communication ecosystem.
Assist campaign management of various in-house marketing channels such as Push, Email, Inbox, and In-App across all of Tokopedia Business Units to ensure all campaigns are aligned and well implemented.
Actively monitor and analyze campaign performance at scale by utilizing various growth, marketing, and analytical tools.
Design and execute rigorous testing to achieve greater campaign results.
Produce reports and/or any additional supporting documents of all levels to outline actionable insights relative to the channel(s) and campaign(s) strategies he/she executed.
Work with team members and strategists to create innovative and effective digital channel optimization strategies.
Regularly conduct external research to gain insights across the industry landscape.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science or related fields. Fresh graduates may apply.
Understanding of the Customer Journey Experience.
Strong analytical skills, data-driven and delighted with statistical analysis and figures.
Ability to consistently produce quality output and meet tight deadlines in a high pressure, agile working environment.
Outstanding communication skills, collaborative spirit, delighted to work with other stakeholders (Marketing, Business, Product, Leadership).
Meticulous and detailed person with strong organization skills.
Aspired to possess the technical skills and specializations of CRM/Retention Marketing.
Proficient in spoken & written English.
Experience in any of these specializations is a plus: Google Analytics, HTML & CSS, Microsoft Excel
