Merchandising Admin (New Retail)

Job Description

• Responsible for all administrative matters
• Responsible for end to end category campaign/promotion product (e.g. prepare draft promotion and legal agreements)
• Work closely and report to senior staff MD team
• Provide "in office" administrative and operational support to senior staff
• Make sure the execution & close monitor of daily tasks
• Make sure all the preparations is on track and ready to tackle all the obstacle along the way
• Involve in collaboration with other division

Requirements

• Preferably have minimum 1 year experience in administrative role, fresh graduates are welcome
• Good personality & communication skills
• Excellent with data, preferably Microsoft Office Excel skills
• Administrative and organization skills
• Proactive and able to give insight to achieve common goals
• Detail oriented person
• Work well within a team, but also be self-motivated and working productively
• Have good understanding of e-commerce working pace
• Good time management
• Have a flexible approach and be enthusiastic for taking various tasks
