Sales & Marketing Lead (Handphone & Gadget)

Job Description

• Develop, manage, and execute marketing and promotion strategies from starting from ideation until evaluation
• Establish understanding on how marketing activity converts customers, and continually refine and sharpen the process
• Analyze and research competitive market strategies through analysis of product market or trends
• Build and manage a rich content that attracts qualified audience to our owned properties
• Optimize our marketing processes through internal and social channels
• Establish understanding on how our marketing activity converts customers, and continually refine and shape the process
• Evaluate analysis of marketing data and provide recommendations to increase sales of certain business functions
• Develop innovative marketing solutions that are both comprehensive and cost effective.
• Effectively manage BU's budget for all promo and partnership
• Create and enforce standardized SOP for daily campaign QC
• Lead communication/socialization of upcoming big campaigns within BU Upward management

Requirements

• Have basic understanding about marketing & the channels purposes
• Able to work with minimal supervision
• Able to lead own projects and providing essential updates
• Have a leadership skill to manage a team more than 5 people, this will be needed for coordination with other tribes/teams
• Have high integrity
• Have high negotiation skill
• Able to make decision with necessary information/data
• Able to analyze data
• Responsible with all the activities happened
• Have managerial skill
• Able to coordinate with all related parties in positive manner
