Sales Operation Administrator (New Retail)

Job Descriptions

• Provide administrative & operational support day to day for Internal and external Sales team
• Prepare data for daily, weekly and monthly report about sales achievement
• Maintain database: manpower, achievement, sales cost etc
• Work closely with stakeholders including business partners and finance team to support claims and payment processes
• Responsible for customer’s complaints and issues
• Involve in collaboration with other division (ex: digital, distribution team)

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from reputable university
• Preferably have minimum 1 year experience in administrative role, fresh graduates from any major are welcome
• Strong administrative skills
• Excellent with data, preferably Microsoft Office Excel skills
• Fast-paced and attention to detail
• Able to show initiative to make efficient work system and environment
• Good personality & communication skills
• Strong business acumen and data-driven
• Have great responsibility toward task and job given
