Sales & Operation Development Intern (Fulfillment) null

Job Description : 

• Create Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) with clarity on objective and execution details for all stakeholders
• Empower product decisions through research and data analysis
• Monitor product implementation and measure key metrics
• Work with cross-functional teams (Business, Engineering, Operations, Design, Data, etc) to deliver product excellence
• Establish a shared vision with all stakeholders to align the overall roadmap based on priority and effort needed

Job Requirements :

• Final year university students or fresh graduates from reputable universities with strong academic results, preferably majoring in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or other technical fields
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Understand basic product management skills
• Proficiency in building spreadsheet, flow chart, and slide deck
• Self-starter with a strong sense of curiosity and ownership
• Strong communication skill in Bahasa and English, both verbally and in writing
• Understand internet products and e-commerce landscape
• Commit to work full-time Monday - Friday
• Have leadership or organizational experience is a plus
