Job Description :
- Create Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) with clarity on objective and execution details for all stakeholders
- Empower product decisions through research and data analysis
- Monitor product implementation and measure key metrics
- Work with cross-functional teams (Business, Engineering, Operations, Design, Data, etc) to deliver product excellence
- Establish a shared vision with all stakeholders to align the overall roadmap based on priority and effort needed
Job Requirements :
- Final year university students or fresh graduates from reputable universities with strong academic results, preferably majoring in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or other technical fields
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Understand basic product management skills
- Proficiency in building spreadsheet, flow chart, and slide deck
- Self-starter with a strong sense of curiosity and ownership
- Strong communication skill in Bahasa and English, both verbally and in writing
- Understand internet products and e-commerce landscape
- Commit to work full-time Monday - Friday
- Have leadership or organizational experience is a plus
