What You Will Do

• Assist Business Team in Business Required Document (BRD) creation
• Perform ad-hoc data analysis to help team make business decisions
• Do competitor benchmarking
• Monitor important key metrics
• Work closely with Product, Marketing, and Data team to achieve business targets
• Create Ad-hoc campaign plans and align with Partners for execution
• Work with Researcher to do qualitative research to answer business problem statements

What You Will Need

• Final year of study in a relevant field (e.g., Economics, Marketing, Business Management, Industrial Engineering, etc)
• Some proficiency in writing & conversing in English and able to communicate straightforwardly while staying clear, concise, and emphatic
• Basic spreadsheet skills
• Passion for Fintech, sharing economy, and staying updated with industry trends
• Good attention to detail as the candidate’s work will be reflected directly in the front end
• Ability to think strategically, identify opportunities, and execute initiatives for user satisfaction
• Self-motivated, growth mindset, and willingness to take on hands-on tasks available for a 6-months internship period
