Sales Operations Intern [Affiliate Community & Creator Management]

Job Description

• Help building and maintaining relationships with affiliate partners by providing support, information & guidance
• Help educating potential affiliate partners on the affiliate program and benefits
• Help educating affiliate partners on platform updates and affiliate performance
• Monitor monthly performance and achievement and drive performance-based insights/solution for the affiliates
• Help growing the affiliates capability by doing in-depth market research and analysis to drive initiatives for affiliate partners
• Assist affiliate partners in doing promotions, providing suitable campaigns, and creating effective content.
• Gain insights from affiliates feedbacks, social media trend and analytics for further affiliate initiatives improvement.

Job Requirements

• Student in bachelor’s degree all major (semester 5 above) that is able to communicate to different stakeholders
• Experience as a member of organizational group is a plus
• Strong analytical and communication skill
• Good Interpersonal skill
• Able to work individually and in team
• Want to learn and improve yourself
• Be able to work full-time Monday - Friday
• Minimum 3 months of internship period
• Can start the internship as soon as possible
• Committed to work and be based out of Indonesia during the internship
