Sales Operations Intern [Growth Marketing - Merchant Retention] null

Job Description

• Identify, develop, implement, and refine Merchant-focused lifecycle, retention marketing strategies, also features penetrations to Merchant
• Assist campaign management of various in-house marketing channels such as Push, Email, Inbox, and In-App across all of Tokopedia Business Units to ensure all campaigns are aligned and well implemented
• Actively monitor and analyze campaign performance at scale by utilizing various growth, marketing, and analytical tools
• Produce reports and/or any additional supporting documents of all levels to outline actionable insights relative to the channel(s) and campaign(s) strategies he/she executed
• Work with team members to create innovative and effective digital channel optimization strategies

Job Requirements

• Student in bachelor’s degree in management, business Engineer/IT related (semester 5 until semester 7) that is able to communicate to different stakeholders
• Experience as a member of organizational group is a plus
• Strong analytical and communication skill
• Good Interpersonal skill
• Able to work individually and in team
• Want to learn and improve yourself
• Be able to work full-time Monday - Friday
• Minimum 3 months of internship period
• Can start the internship as soon as possible
