Search Experience Ops Intern

Job Description: 

• Manual input or .csv upload to our internal tools for campaign on search
• Work together with business team (Ads, Shop, Category, Catalog, Campaign, Digital), to help visibility of campaign on Search
• Checking and validating request from business team regarding campaign on Search
• Helping PM to investigate and improve current flow from SOP to Product improvement for the intools
• This will be a position focusing on manual ops (which can be tedious) with a limited scope of UX learning

Job Requirement: 

• You will be expected to be a self-starter with good attention to detail, who can operate with minimal supervision and stay motivated albeit in handling mundane tasks. No specific skill set is required, but a solid understanding of Google suites (doc, spreadsheet, slides) will be helpful.
• Min. Final Year Undergrad Degree in any field
• Some proficiency in writing & conversing in English
• Experience in Google Suites (Doc, Spreadsheet, etc)
• Able to communicate straightforwardly while staying clear, concise, and emphatic.
• Good attention to detail as the candidate’s work will be reflected directly in the front end.
• Ready to work from home or office if needed.
• Minimum 3 months of internship duration.
