Smart Digital Assistant Associate - Chatbot

Job description

• Designing journey and conversation flow to provide the best chatbot experience for the customer.
• Defining chatbot logic for new Tokopedia product/feature to ensure user's problem can be solved.
• Testing to ensure the flow work as intended. 
• Analyzing and Improving chatbot journey by revisiting the conversation flow, automation logic, and chatbot tonality reply.  
• Validate annotation process to ensure accurate DS model prediction

General requirement

• Minimal Bachelor Degree from Reputable University with any major
• Working experience in the chatbot industry with a proven track record
• Capable do analysis and focus on the detail
• Proactive, responsive, and good team player
• Point plus:
  - Exposure to customer experience and complaint handling process
  - Understand about improvement flow and mind mapping process
