Review, analyze and execute all ATL and BTL activity plans for all Transport product portfolio
Continuously monitor marketing investment in offline channels including OOH, event activation, customer engagement, POI activations, Direct Selling and other related activity - Working closely with internal team members of PMMs, Central Marketing Offline Team to translate business objective into execution plan
Manage 3rd party vendors / agencies to ensure proper project briefs are in place, executions are well in place and maintain budget expenditure are optimized
Coordinate with Procurement Team on vendor registration, pitching and selection processes in line with business objectives
Support on monitoring flow of paperwork to ensure the procurement of offline marketing channel
Analyze placement performance (competitors’ performance, channel performance, program performance) and propose iterations to achieve objective - Generate and review monthly reports prior for stakeholders
Support on identifying new channels or programs to support marketing objectives based on each product portfolio
Our Ideal Candidates
Min. Bachelor's degree from accredited universities
1-2 years in creative / media / event organizing role
Strong drive and logic skills
Good negotiation skills and attention to details
Agile and flexible executioner, able to make last minute adjustment to ensure proper result delivery
Ability to communicate fluently in English
Proficiency in Excel or similar data processing tool
