Description
We are looking for a Finance Internship to perform refund process to customers and deliver a full range of finance services in compliance with Indonesia finance laws and regulations and its supporting documentations. The role is based in South Jakarta.
Responsibilities
- Perform the refund process, from the step of pull the data from the OMS (Order Management System) system, completing the data in excel, then uploading it to the bank.
- Perform the refund process, from the step of pull the data from the Freshdesk system (Customer Service Dashboard), completing the data in excel, then uploading it to the bank.
- Perform the refund process for claim of shipping costs from the customer to the voucher to later be redeemed by the customer.
- Process refunds for prepayments such as Gopay, Kredivo, Atome, OVO & CreditCard
- Bookkeeping for refund transactions via SAP.
Requirements
- Minimum last semester in Finance or Accounting major from reputable university
- Good analytical thinking and comfortable with numbers
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (basic and intermediate formulas, PivotTable, etc)
- Meticulous and maintain high work integrity
- Pro-active and good team player
- Mature and able to work independently
