Description
Zalora is looking for HRBP Intern to join our People & Culture team. This is an extremely fast-paced role where you’ll be able to continue to strengthen your Administration skills and build on your resourcing experience and develop your recruitment skills in a supportive team.
Responsibilities
- Genuinely love to learn new things and willing to explore Human Resources matters
- Handling Warehouse data
- Administrating Database (BPJS, Employee Benefit, etc.)
- Helping the Recruitment with initial interviewing candidates
Requirements
- Undergraduate in Psychology, Management, Business, Communication
- Strong Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) skills and Canva
- Excellent analytical skills, deep understanding to serve and provide the best service to our customers
- A dynamic personality, high level of enthusiasm, and great commitment
- Great attention to detail and good at the clerical task
- Comfortable talking and writing in English
- Able to work Monday to Friday from 9 am-6 pm with durations of 6 months
- Can join as soon as possible
