Zalora is looking for Onsite Intern who will enthusiastically contribute to shaping and executing our marketing campaigns. It is one of the most crucial roles, which will connect the Marketing, Customer Experience, Product Management/IT, and Production team with a consumer’s perspective Reporting to the Onsite Sr. Executive. This role is going to give you exposure to an integral part of e-commerce business which is managing the content of platforms, as well as shaping the user experience across ZALORA platforms (web, m.web, and App)
Responsibilities
- Support marketing teams in the day-to-day aspect of managing content across ZALORA platforms (Web & App).
- Optimize & enhance features or functions to improve user experience and conversion rate via redefining user behavior, user journey, channel distribution, and marketing initiatives from various sources.
- Conduct A/B Test to ensure that all improvements and changes that lead from the Product Marketing side will drive a good impact on user experience and our metrics.
- Data Reporting, monitoring, and analyzing metrics related to marketing (Funnel, Traffic, Campaign Performance, etc.) to give constructive suggestions/insight for effective and efficient marketing strategy and operation.
- Liaise with Product Manager to implement technology features on ZALORA environment (Website or Apps) and make sure the features are aligned with expectations and improve the overall user experience and user journey.
- Work to make users more engage with ZALORA platforms (Web & App) like Static Page, Gamification and other things based on research or request.
Requirements
- Final year student and Fresh Graduates from information system/computer science and relevant field
- Familiar with Excel (there will be an excel assessment test).
- Available for 6 months.
- Able to work hybrid from Jakarta Selatan.
- Capable of developing codes (HTML, CSS, Javascript, etc)
- Familiar with Google Analytics is an additional value, capable of interpreting data and reports
- Good communication skills and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Positive, constructive, and collaborative approach and collaborative, inclusive and flexible team member
- Speaks English fluently
