How can you make history with us?

  • Coordinate and liaise with other departments within Operations and external parties (leaf supplier, custom broker) in order to support leaf sourcing implementation
  • Ensuring leaf duration is maintained as per Duration Target by monitoring DOI, rupture, creating Purchase Order, and monitoring the shipment
  • Support Manager Leaf Services in a variety of projects running at global and ID level
  • Lead and implement improvement projects in the Leaf Services department
  • Participate in leaf training through on-the-job training or various formal leaf and other functional training.
  • Participate in Leaf projects to gain knowledge in Leaf function and business processes.

Who are we looking for?

  • Agriculture education background is a plus, not a must
  • Fresh graduate - less than 3 years working experience
  • Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English
  • Preference to people who like working in the fields/factory/areas and traveling
  • Good analytical and fast learning capability
  • Fluent in collaboration (in global and ID level) with different sub-functions, excellent communication skills
  • Able to handle several different projects and task
  • Min. bachelor degree, open for all majors (preferable experience in Leaf, Quality Assurance or another planning area)
  • Excellent in Ms. Excel, Power BI and other computerized system is much preferable

Ada projek dan BAU, sehari-hari cukup banyak meeting dengan client ataupun HRBP dalam menjalankan sesuai needs employee ataupun bisnis. Project disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan urgent untuk mencakupi business. Sering harus meeting dengan manager dan banyak kegiatan internal (kadang terlalu banyak hingga BAU tertunda)

Pros and cons of working at HM Sampoerna

Pros

  • Kesempatan untuk bertumbuh dengan projek-projek yang menantang. Para senior juga memberikan banyak pelajaran dan practicality dalam bekerja sehari-hari.

  • Saya dibekali banyak sekali ilmu, baik secara business process hingga technical. Kompensasi moneter yang diberikan sangat memuaskan dan bahkan mengagetkan saya

  • Perusahaan sudah di level sangat experienced, ingin peduli terhadap karyawan yang dibentuk oleh PMI sudah sangat besar sehingga proses 'people' di perusahaan juga kompleks dan bahkan beberapa posisi jarang ditemui di company lain juga ada. Dari besarnya dan sudah lamanya perusahaan bergerak tentu saya bisa belajar banyak secara knowledge dan menjadikan benchmark ke depannya. Rekan kerja (team members) secara overall oke namun ada juga beberapa yang kurang.

Cons

    • Terkadang ada beberapa kultur dari generasi senior yang kurang cocok dengan saya sebagai generasi Z.

    • Kejauhan rumah saya dengan kantor.

    • Politik kantor. Project challenging (susah peroleh benchmark luar) & hoki diperlukan dalam mendapatkan project yang oke.
