Our directories are used by 4m+ students per annum - a significant milestone for a startup with zero external funding and zero marketing spend. Weโre now hiring results-driven partner success consultants to help execute big-impact projects to reality.
Your Role
This is a rare opportunity to join a small but high-performance, global team and have a significant impact on a fast-growing business. A significant percentage of our 4m+ student users today come to our sites through our channel partners: higher education institutions, LMS providers, associations, student societies, and other organisations with a student audience.
As a partner support consultant, your role will be to execute and support projects of the team internally and our partners that will have a direct impact on millions of students as they make arguably the most important decision of their life.
This is a varied role, which may involve:
- Project management
- Administrative and operational support
- Updating and managing online content
- Managing email campaigns and sales CRM systems
- Analysing data and creating reports
- Liaising with partners
- Data research
- Other projects and tasks as required
Youโll lead by example with a great attitude and a willingness to roll the sleeves up to get things done. Youโll work independently to begin with, but have the opportunity to grow & manage a team as required.
Previous relevant experience in a similar role will be highly valued, but not a hard prerequisite. We value unconventional thinkers, and are willing to back attitude and raw talent over experience. If this is you, and youโre itching to โpunch above your weightโ, please get in touch!
What success looks like
We measure the success of this role by executing on big-impact projects and accomplishing tasks that would help increase applications driven by our partners.
- Proactive approach with a can-do attitude and the ability to be a self-starter
- Communicate concepts, instructions, questions, and in a simplified manner
- Strong organisational ability โ ability to prioritise and manage competing tasks/projects
- Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly
- High attention to detail and accuracy with minimal or zero need for re-work
- Ability to manage a project from start to completion (identify the blockers, resources needed, see through completion, assess results)

This has kept the company hyper focused, allowing it to achieve milestones one after the other, even amidst the pandemic. Also, borrowing from the book "Conscious Capitalism", Prosple has all the markings of a conscious company.
100% remote work, flexible working hours, easy to interact with leaders and owners, possibility to suggest features to the product, participate along with leaders in the decisions, work on a product that actually helps others.

Cons
There can be some late nights during peak seasons from increased workloads.
Very occasionally, the sheer pace of Prosple's progress and growth can be fatiguing. Which is actually a positive if you're in the right mindset and have the right skills and attitude to embrace it.
Due to the nature of work (100% remote), it is difficult to get to know everyone
Work life balance can be challenging when everyone is such a high performer and expectations are high
Sometimes I had a hard time on looking for resources to use to do my job.
