Job Description
The Performance Marketing Intern will be responsible for supporting performance marketing implementation and data tracking. This involves implementing campaigns, tracking data to deliver marketing insights, and assisting weekly/monthly reporting.
Responsibilities:
- Execute and implement digital marketing in Tiktok ads and Programmatic channels.
- Assist data tracking for digital marketing metrics such as actual spend, conversion volumes, ROAS and cost metrics.
- Perform ongoing research, expansion and optimization on a weekly basis.
- Understand the user journey, campaign structure, competitive landscape, and A/B testing to optimize the campaign results.
- Collaborate with the creative team to create ads creatives.
Qualification:
- At least a 3rd year university student, or a fresh graduate.
- Have a high willingness to learn digital marketing, especially paid ads.
- Good communication in English, stakeholder management and problem solving skills.
- Have a growth mindset to always go extra miles in learning and upgrading yourself.
- A fast learner, and has a high curiosity to explore new things.
