Develop, create, manage and analyze effective marketing strategies and plan
Obtain insights into customers’ usage of current products, untapped opportunities, and buyer personas, through interviews, surveys, focus groups, and data
Understand customers’ pain points and needs, and initiate and execute user research regularly, especially for the assigned products/features.
Identify key factors to acquire and retain customers for the assigned products/features
Work with various teams (design, content, community development, product & sales ) to implement strategies
Requirements
Passionate with data-driven marketing and growth
Good communication skills & customer-oriented
Great understanding of Indonesian consumers and B2B commerce market is a plus
Strong problem-solving skills & analytical skills
Fresh grad or final year students are welcome!
