Work closely with our Talent Acquisition partners or leaders to deeply understand hiring needs, develop creative sourcing and hiring strategies to build strong pipelines.
Participate in the end-to-end recruitment process for various roles, which involves sourcing, attracting, interviewing, hiring and onboarding employees.
General administration tasks.
Help with additional ad-hoc projects as needed.
Requirements
Fresh graduate from related majors (final year students with no classes to attend are welcome to apply).
Energetic and fast learner with multitasking ability.
Have a great interpersonal and communication skills.
Able to converse in English and Bahasa Indonesia to communicate with internal stakeholders.
Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
